Horrible Product, Breakdown Leader, No dependable support

I bought a 2002 DODGE RAM 1500 QUAD CAB SLT 4X4, It has broken down on me 4 seperate times now. Not the little things like a wiper or a rattle, It was the transmission and power steering. The "5 star" dealer could not fix it correctly the first time and should be ashamed to tell people that they "service" cars!

Now both "break-away" side mirrors have literally broken away and I am driving blind. Guess what - they are on BACK ORDER. Does that say something... I would guess RECALL SOON!!!

I called the "DAIMLER-CHRYSLER" customer service hotline at 1-800-992-1997 and spoke with a "CHRIS". I told him about all of the troubles I have had with this GARBAGE 2002 DODGE RAM 1500 QUAD CAB SLT 4X4. I asked him if all of the 2002's have been breaking down and he told me " THAT IS ONE OF THE PROBLEMS WHEN YOU BUY A NEWLY DESIGNED VEHICLE"

Before you buy a DODGE, do your research. And pick your dealership wisely, Chrisophers Dodge World in Golden, Colorado made me a "great deal" but in the long run the service and support has stunk. FORD sounds so much better now!!!
