Refridgerator Claim - home warranty

I submitted Claim #2144118 for icemaker not working on our fridge and immediately got a call from a representative that the icemaker in a refridgerator is not covered under their policy. Our lawyer took out this one year policy to cover us before closing on our house (for a fee of over $400) and we did not have the opportunity to review prior. I will make sure that the law firm knows not to use this company again.
