Untrue remarks made upon me and charged late fees daily after making payments

My mother had two vehicles financed through WFS. We applied for a 2006 vehicle and were tricked into the initial deal. We were placed with WFS Financial. I asked not to be placed with their company. After paying a note of $679.86, We fell back on 1 note. I caught up on the two payments and late fees were continuosly applied. So I began to pay a flat amount of $700.00.
That wasn't enough for them, WFS continued to charge me late fees. I also was having problems with the vehicle. So I told them about the costant problem and they told me that they have nothing to do with. I contacted the factory that made the vehicle and we were working on a solution to this problem. WFS employees harrassed my mother soo bad, on a daily basses. I was going to pay the notes even though we had continuos problems with the vehicle.
One employee got mad at me for telling them to back off and placed false information in their computer system about me. To me a felt that it was slander. I was also told that we were missing a payment, but I found all of my receipts. I asked the employees where was my money going to. They told me that it was going towards the vehicles payment. I always kept my receipts and they were sent through money gram. The missing payments continued to happen.
A female employee told my mother that she could not afford the vehicle and to give it up. Who are they to tell a person anything like that especially when we had receipts. I was going to get the vehicle refinanced but WFS put something on my mother's credit report so she could not have the vehicle refinancethrough someone else. We got very tired of dealing with their company.
After we got our vehicle back from the dealer the female that my mother spoke to sent 3 repo men to pick up the vehicle. I drove out to them and went back in. We had the vehicle for over a year and only had 8,000 miles on it. (It was always in the shop) They are still trying to charge her for the vehicle. Their employees have very very bad customer service and does not tell the truth about what they are saying to customers.
They won and we lost!
