Wrongfully repossed vehicle

Suntrust wrongfully reposed my mother vehicle suntrust said my mother was behind two payments & my mother was schedule to make a payment on 02/16 & suntrust accepted these payment aggrangements, suntrust said my mother did not pay decembers payment this is not true my mother has payment receipts to prove she paid these payments.

My, mother was only behind for jan. Payment which suntrust agreed to payment aggrangements for 02/16, the repoe people came early 7 am to repoe the vehicle they had to force the vehicle down the drive way cause the vehicle was still in park probally messing up the transmission & the tires.

My, mother called suntrust to make the payment but suntrust would not accept any payments instead they where going to force my mother to pay the full amount on the car knowing my mother does not have the money to pay it, my mother told them to keep the car & she would file for banktuptcy to no pay them!

Suntrust, wants to treat my mother unfairly & not accept the monthly payment suntrust just has screwed themselves out of their money, & they have to pay the repoe bill & damanges they done in the drive way!

Suntrust, did not notifie their was any problem with the account & could not wait till 02/16 for the payment, my mother was 30 days past due in 2006 but made payment aggrangements to pay 2 weeks after the due date they did not repoe the vehicle then, suntrust is playing some type of game & people do not need to try to get a vehicl threw suntrust like what I said they wrongfully repoed my mothers vehicle after accepting payment aggrangements. This, is a reason not to get a loan threw suntrust they do not hold their end of the promise! & they back out of the payment aggrangements custormer service gets a F.
