Ralph Ralph ripped me off on two vehicles

I purchased two seperate vehicles from Ralph at AutoMaxx. The first vehicle was damaged by a deer while I had the vehicle. I took the car to Ralph and thought that he would help me fix the vehicle. I was wrong. Even though I was willing to pay for the car to be fixed, Ralph said that he didn't want to deal with that vehicle. The car only needed a few things. So, he offered me another deal. He told me to go pick out another car off the lot. I was asked to go look at another vehicle. I test drove the vehicle, still in the back of my head trying to figure out what I was going to do. I decided to take the vehicle.

So, I started signing the paperwork, not knowing that when he told me that he didn't feel like dealing with the other car, that he was going to have me start over with a whole new payment arrangement. Basicly, I was starting from scratch. I had the other car for a little while, I fell a day behind on a payment and they took the car. I went and made the payment and got my car back. A few months later I ended up in the same situation and when I went to make the payment and pay the late fee and the tow fee they told me that I would have to pay off the entire car in order to get the vehicle back. They gave me a little bit of time to come up with almost $6,000.00.

I didn't have that kind of money so, they sold my car at an auction and their trying to come after me for the money. Mind you I have two little kids and I don't have a vehicle anymore. I heard soo many bad things about this place but, I never go on hear say. I guess I will for now on. Also, I would like to add that on one occassion while I was in there making a payment he said a few mean things and actually got in my face, mind you I am a 27 year old mother of two. He also went after my father on another occassion. It feels alot better to let all this out but, I also did it because I think justice needs to be served. Thank You.
