Dishonest -fraudulent billing

We purchased a car from a Chrysler dealer on March 7th, they financed us with Drive Financial. At a very high intrest rate. We have never been late on a payment
May we refinanced our car to get a better rate, the company we financed with called Drive and got a payoff. They sent the payoff to Drive on May 30th by Fedx, they received it on may 31st at 2:36 pm in shipping and receiving and it was signed for.

Drive is saying they did not get it till June 21st which is a lie we have checked the tracking number with Fedx and they did receive it, we also have the persons name that signed for it Drive is telling us we have to pay around $ 158.00 more or they wont release the car I have never dealt with such a company before I have asked them several times to find where the money was till June
and they give us the same story.
