Dishonest On Payoff Amount Ripoff

We purchased a car in march they financed us with drive financial services in Dallas Texas.

Because of their high intrest rates we found a another company to refinance our car. They called in May and got the payoff they sent drive the money on May 30th. It was received by them on may 31st at 2;30 pm by fed ex they are trying to say that they didnt get it posted till june 21st..

I have called drive several times letting them know that i have the time and place and the name of the person who received it. They are still trying to say it was not posted till june 21st. And they want more money from us for more intrest i have told them in no way we owe them anything and it is not our fault it did not get posted in may. We even have fed ex tracking number and when it was delivered. They havebeen very nasty to deal with i would not reccomend them to my worst enemy.
