We financed a car through Drive in 04-03. The dealer that sold us the car, marked up the price of the car fraudulently saying it was FULLY loaded. Drive called to verify the options and was told that the car was a standard car. But it was never looked into by Drive. They told us that the deal would be "unwound" and the car was going back to the dealer. 2 months of the car going back lead to them calling me telling me that they were going to repo the car because I was behind.

If the car gets repoed, my suit is voided, and they know that. Now Drive is working with the dealer to REPOSESS the car, in order to stop the lawsuit. They have discussed my account with the dealer and had planned to repo the car, give it back to the dealer, and get their money back, while I sit with a repo on my credit and out all the money I had to pay on the car.
