Dishonest auto repairs tipoff

I had a bad experience with this location especially with the manager there. His name is Keith. Took our car for front brakes repair and had to return the car the second time cause the brakes were even worse. They take a whole day just to look at my car and I was the first person at the door at 8am.By the time the go to my car It was 5pm time for them to close and they told me that it was the back rotars and I have to pay $60 dollars for it.

First of all they did not let me know that they found out that it was not the front brakes and that they may need to check the back. They just went ahead and opened the back and put it back together in 5min and gave me the car. The car had not brakes at all!

I used my emergency hand brake to stop the car. Brought back the car and they said that it would be ready by Sat. Sat came and we offerred to pay for the back rotars to be turned and they car was still not ready. The manager Keith gave this execuse that they were soo busy. Ok I was patient till Monday. The car was not ready till 5pm. I pick up the car and oh my gosh. The sound is even worse, the car stops working and dies at the traffic light when I was about to make a left!

I called Keith up and asked him what's going on why is my car dead can you help me jum start the car. (I was onl 1 mile from them). He says he forgot to mention to me that they left the lights on the whole 2 days!!! What? And that it is not his problem to help jump start the car even if it was their fault. I called right across the street to Jiffy Lube and they willinging came by and helped me jump start the car. Took it to Autozone, the battery could not be charged it was dead. I had to buy a new one.

Same day the starter went out and the alternator cause the battery had been damamged. I spent $675.75 to fix everything just because I went to this one place to check on my front brakes.

This place takes too long, the manager there has no regards to anyone even if its their fault and I would advise anyone not to take your car unless you want to be lied to when you leave the shop. Precision tune, you guys are rip-offs!!
