Precision Tune
Charged me but did not do the work! Almost cost me my child's life! DON'T take your car here!

I went to Precision Tune on Nolensville Road, to have my car's brakes checked. They had been squeaking badly and I thought they needed to be checked. I also needed an oil change. They said I needed new brakes because the pads were very low. So they supposedly changed them and changed my oil. Exactly 10 months later, I had my newborn child in the car with me. All of a sudden my brakes went out. I almost hit another car head-on and would have hurt or killed my son and myself. I had the car towed to a trusted mechanic, who showed me the brake pads. They were totally gone. Not one molecule of pad left. They had almost fused to my rotor as well. Luckily I got it fixed, got new brakes and rotors and my child was okay. But this place not only charged me and didn't do the work, they endangered mine and my child's life too. The manager's name is Mike. He is a liar and a thief. Do not ever take your vehicle there! If you want a good place, go to Bass Tire and ask for Steve Bass. Ironically it is next door to Precision Tune.
