Roberts Automotive charging a fee without propper notification / not being honest Ripoff

First of all, I took a vehicle to get an estimate on repairs. I got an estimate and thought it was somewhat high. I went to pick up the vehicle and was informed at that time I had to pay a check charge which was not disclosed to me at the time I inquired about the estimate. My vehicle was locked in A gated area and assumed it would be locked up till I paid. During further questioning, I found out that the parts he was going to use were rebuilt. And I had to ask for him to disclose this information. He never would admit the parts he was going to use were rebuilt. He used the words remanufactured after I questioned. He also quoted me a price on the parts that were outrageous. I had already priced my own parts prior to picking up my vehicle. I was also informed that they replaced a part on the vehicle that I did not authorize. Before they would release my vehicle they informed me they were taking the part off they had put on, which they never told me what the part was even for! I feel this company not only was with holding information from me about the charges but not being honest and making me believe the parts were going to be brand new. I believe he was being deceptive. They also were going to charge an astronomical price and then couldn't guarantee my problem would be fixed! I feel this company was completely irresponsible and not honest and would not recommend anyone take their vehicle for an estimate. Since then, I had my vehicle repaired at a reasonable price with brand new parts and it was guaranteed.
