Ripoff Bad service and bad customer service

I took my car to them a year ago and for a tune up and general maintenance and after that the nightmare began. Weeks later the car broke down and I took it back they fixed it and a few months later more problems took it back again each time have to pay for something different. There were times where they would provide me with a loaner car and it would break down twice and had to be towed. This went on till I was fed up and discussed with the shop and approached the owner who did not give a rats ass about what happened and clearly since he came to this country as a dishwasheer and now has a multimillion dollar auto repair shop (which by the way I think he got by ripping people off)
