Ripped me off! Shootgun'd my vehicle, which still does not run, and refuses to live up to warranty!

The short story is Mr. Cox charged me for parts and labor that did not fix my vehicle.
Mr. Coxhas no experience with older model Mercedes Benz vehicles and uses a shotgun approach in his attepts to fix vehicles, which cost me almost $2000 in parts and labor and about another $300 in tow fees.
Even though the vehicle continued to have the same problem over and over for months and all 3 parts replaced were NOT the problem, Mr. Cox refuses to refund my money.
I took the vehicle to another mechanic and the problem was diagnosed to an $85 part!
Mr. Cox of Cox Auto repair is a theif, and a liar.
I think since the vehicle had out of state plates, he thought he could get away with shady business practices.
Justice will be mine through legal means!
