Ripped me off if there is a lawsuit count me in

I financed my car through a dealer. I didn't know anything about this finance company. For the first two months I didn't receive a statement, so I looked them up on the internet and contacted them myself. I told them I would like to make payment and asked how much I would need to pay. They not only told me that I had a return check on my account, (mind you I have not even recieved my statement yet) but they couldn't give me any information about the check recieved. No check number, amount, or even who wrote the check. I have been doing collections for 15 years and so I know that you can verify that information. Then when I told them I would need a bill to verify my payments, they told me if I didn't make a payment right then, they would have the Sherriff dept come pick me up for third degree robbery. This was at 9pm at night, and the representatives were rude. You can tell how uneducated they are when I advised them that they were violating my consumer rights under the FDCPA. Mrs. Hartford the "manager" over there told me she wouldn't speak to me anymore about the account. Then I spoke to a Mr. Nathan Jones, he at first was helpful then told me that he was going to come get my car unless I made additional payments plus finance charges. I pay with my debit card each month, and each month it seems I owe more and more money.

Drive Financial are a bunch of crooks. They make their money off of trying to bullying into paying more then they owe.

If anyone is filing a lawsuit against them, count me in. I am completely on board.
