Vehicle repairs requires too much time!

Our vehicle was taken in to the Ron Situation Crash middle for many repairs towards the grill and cover. They'd the vehicle for over per month after I had been informed just 7-8 business days. Good, incorrect estimation of time... But why did my support agent never return some of my calls, it had been insane to obtain a your hands on him? This support and crash heart is terrible with conversation. I'd certainly get elsewhere. They're really untrustworthy.
