4 hours to plug a tire

Pep Boys on Decker Blvd has horrible service and work ethic. I got to the store as soon as the doors opened and it took them 4 hrs to plug a hole in my tire. I had only had these tires for 3 months and they were under waranty there so I obviously took them there so I would not be charged. The staff was full and I watched the employees take numbers smoke/drink/food breaks in the 4 hrs that was there.

I showed them exactly where the nail in my tire was and it still took them 4 hrs to get it done. I got up 4 or 5 times while i was there so see how much longer it was going to take. I kept being told next in line, next in line. I finally got up and told them i had to be somewhere in 30 mins and they took my keys off the rack and gave them to another emplyoyee who put my car in the garage and fixed it in 5 minutes. What a joke!!! Horrible service!!! Horrible place!!!
