Ripoff - $400 shipment lost by Fedex - This seller keeps my money $400 and puts in claim with Fedex!

This seller is a real scam artist. He first takes 4 weeks to ship item. Then the item is lost by Fedex (verified). Seller stated that package was leaking and may have been placed on the side by Fedex. He also mentioned he insured the package for $400 as he stated to me that he would do prior to my paying him for shipping.

After two months he finally tells me that he is not refunding my money because I did not purchase $3.00 shipping insurance. (which as previously mention he stated he was going to insure it.

Also convient for the seller is the fact that after 60 I can no longer put a stop on my debit card payment.
So at th9is point I am out of my $400.00 plus this guy has put in a claim (verified) with Fedex fo another $400.00 to be claimed by him!

Additionally I was charged $200.00 for shipping which actually was to cost him $105.00
This guy is bad!
