The seller created a fraudulent listing. The listing clearly stated shipping was included in the item cost. When we placed an order the seller tried to charge us shipping which was more than the cost of the item purchased. The seller refused to ship our order unless we paid additional charge for shipping EVEN THOUGH FREE SHIPPING was clearly stated in the listing. The seller then attempted to obtain our private corporate FedEx shipping account in order to bill the shipping cost to us. Unbelievable.

The order number is 1009199353 which has expired since the seller failed to ship our order per the AliExpress agreement. We have retained documentation which substantiates all of the above and will gladly provide this to any interested party consistent with putting this illegitimate operation out of business.
