Damage done to vehicle, no receipt, shady ripoff

Understanding it is a Repo company, still when you have made all the payments to get your vehicle back-you get it back damaged!

My Dodge pick-up was taken and when I was able to retrieve it. All I got was the run around for a few days. Then, when I was told to contact the Manager to make arrangements, mysteriously within minutes the repo guy Joe calls. Lies and says I've been trying to reach you.

Then the day comes and it's nothing but excuses on the time. Wouldn't even tell me where it's located exactly, just to meet him at some used car lot. Is this where it's been sitting??? Then he can't meet at the arranged time and sends some stranger and tell me to hand over the money to him.

Not only did I have to do this to get my truck back-BUT NO RECEIPT WAS GIVEN! Nor was a release signed! I see my truck and the driver's side mirror has a crack and doesn't sit in the base-I am forced to tape it just to drive it home. The driver's siide door is full of scratches and chipped paint. Why? The headlights don't work! They worked fine before. All the tires have very low air pressure. The interior has black grease stains on the headliner. All the contents of the vehicle were thrown all over the truck and some put in a styrofoam cooler. Guess he couldn't find anything good because it was all removed prior.

Then he didn't even have the nerve to face me and sent someone else instead! And referring to me as Hon on the phone-disgusting! Thought I was some dumb woman-NOT! Although I fell on bad times (no job) and became late on my payments, I was able to get the money to keep it but

I still shouldn't have to get ripped off in this way. I have also filed a complain with the BBB and am thinking to pursue in court!
