Ripoff!

Got the car in orange, tx while living in lake charles, la may paid lease fee every month. Notified company in Nov of impending address change. They said fine just contact them with new address when i get there. Have not even recieved a bill from them since nov. Called in Jan with new address. Still got no bill at new address. Made copies of nov bill to send in payments as they would not send new bill to new address. Made payments to them until oct with no contact from them, even after i had written very clearly on each sent in money order and bill copy that i was in need of some kind of proof, preferably a bill, stating that they where getting the payments for them to recieve further payments. That was written on each and every payment from jan to oct. Still no response.

Parked the car, kept insurance on a the parked car til april hoping to get some contact from these people, did not work. Called the only number i had to contact them and each time put on hold for over 3 hours. 3 hours on hold to try and get information on where to send money to these people for a bill i was no longer getting. Still no contact. Car still sits outside, unused. Cancled insurance in april 8 months after not even driving it. As if the number and address on my insurance policy never reached them. Come on. Major credit issues due to all this crap and still have no idea what the heck to do with their stupid car, that i refuse to touch until they contact me or pick up their darn phone to assist me or their car which sits and waits for them. Gonna have it towed soon. It is 2006 now, i have no idea where these people are. And they still have not tried to contact me. Wondering if they got wiped out with everything else in louisiana. Really need to know. Seriously, are they a real company or did i seriously get jipped? Watch out for these guys... Major bad news company!!!
