High interest and your principal never go down. Ripoff

Ipoff: i have a auto loan with americredit since 2002. I just went to the auto dealer on 10/30 and bought pontiac montana 2002. They processed my loan application with americredit 13% and my credit was 710 at that time but they said good credit is from 750. (now i know the true) i just trust the people from the dealer and in less than 20 min was approved.

After that the dealer told me, my first payment will be on 12/30 and always on the 30 of each month. I never recd a bill on time but after i ck my credit they reported a 30 days late in my credit.

I called customer services and they said they will no removed inf from my credit because i did not paid my account for the month of 11 on 11/20. I always paid my bill before the payment bill and they never adjust my interes. For example: payment date 03/20 i paid on 03/08/05 and next month i paid on 04/10 they charged me more interes because is more than 30 days between payments.

I try to refinance my veh but this loan never went down and all bank i contact said i will have to pay 7,000 out of my pocket.

Please don't trust americredit and beware of sales people, loan manager, all the people who work in the dealers, they may win good commission of those ref.
