Ripoff We paid our car off and over paid 2 payments because they claim never received or payments. To get our title we paid again. I thought I was losing my mind. They play too many games with people lives

We paid off our loan with this company. Then they said we owed 3 payments were we only owed the 1. Theu offered us a deal that if we would send in 2 payments that would be the end of it. We received our title but they turned us in to the credit bureaus as if our truck has been reposessed. I could not figure this out. I thought they kept lousy bookkeeping with all the different charges. Will never use them again however.
