Ripoff overcharging, harrassment, withholding title of ownership

Like everyone else waging a complaint against Triad, I have been harrassed and threatened by Triad. They have called my house at 8am and after 8pm. They have called me at work despite numerous requests to stop.

I know I have made double payments to "catch up" the account but then I receive another call telling me I'm behind again. I've asked for an audit of the account without success. And there seems to be very little movement in the balance due.

My sister had Triad and ended up paying 3 months longer and then had to keep after them for the title slip. They sent her a letter which they said would serve as the title for the DMV. Obviously the DMV that didn't agree. After more circles and hoops, she finally received the title.

If there is a class action suit against Triad, please contact my sister and I as we would very much like to participate.
