Lienholder Never Signed Off on Title After Car Paid Off Years Ago

We paid off our car years ago and received the title as Roadloans as lien holder and never paid any attention but they did not sign off on it on the back of the title. Now we are trying to get ahold of roadloans and or triad financial corp. And can not get ahold of anyone. If there is anyone that can help us please help.
