Beware Firestone... Tried to tell my wife tires were bad, brake calipers were cracked, needed alignment, etc...

Tires were in good condition, brake calipers were NOT cracked. If you take your vehicle here for service, make sure you get a second opinion, and if you have parts replaced, retain the old ones and check with another mechanic as to whether or not its really defective
