Overpriced and Dishonest

They installed 2 rear tires on my 2001 Acura and insisted that I buy the extended warranty; I declined. I drove off after the tires were installed and my rear brakes began to squeal loudly. I went back after a couple of days and they quoted me $811 to replace all 4 rotors and brake pads. Keep in mind that I had no prior issues with the brakes and they did not mention any issues when they installed the tires.

I would NOT recommend for any services them because they are overpriced (I paid $260 to replace all four brake pads and to resurface the rotors at a local mechanic) and dishonest (the rotors did not have to be replaced, just resurfaced). Go somewhere else - Do not use Firestone.
