My Mother, a senior citizen went to firestone for a oil change 29.99 and when she checked out her bill was 224.99 thank goodness I review her bills when I saw it I looked it over and they somehow convinced her she needed a 140.00 wheel alignment warranty. She has a new car. The rest of the money was they balanced her tires none of which she asked for. My mother doesnt even know what a wheel alignment is. I demanded the return the money and they said she was aware, but to this day she still doenst know. The took advantage of her age and knowledge, I did get the money back for her warranty but not the other things she had done that she didnt ask for.
