I went to a local dealership Toyota of Long Beach. When I went into that dealership I specifically told the salesman that I wanted the basic of a certain car. After I came home and looked up the specifics of the car over the internet, I found out that what they put on the contract is no way basic in any means. They added on what I didn't want/need.

I don't like being taken advantage of. I signed what the finance people called a cashable contract (which I was told after I wanted to cancel), which means I can't back out of the deal and even if I did they can still cash on it. I also signed the bill of sale. I didn't get any copies of what I sign which is illegal from what I heard. Another dealer also told me that it is illegal to have someone sign a contract when the car isn't on the lot. Apparently they did this to four other people to trap them in the deal.

They told me that I have to pick up the car when it gets here. I have not seen the car because from what they told me at first it's being transferred from another dealership. Then later they told me it's being made from by the manufacture. You can't really seem to get anything straight from these people. I have not taken delivery of the car. It supposedly should be here in two weeks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
