NTB is so bad

I went to NBT for routine oil change. One hour later, my front bumper was wrecked. NBT told me that they submitted a claim to their insurance company, Gallegher Bassets which I never heard before. The insurance does not even return my phone calls. I contacted NBT they said this was out of their hand since they put me in contact with their insurance. This year alone, I spent about $3000 at NBT but I will never seek their services again. I finally decided to trade in the car since fixing the front bumper would cost me $900 and I needed new tires and shock absorbers. I cannot still believe that these guys wrecked my car and didn't care about the kind of service their insurance provides.incident happens, but the way they handled it really show you how much they care about their customers.
