Ripoff steal

We had our Blazer in the the winchester office to get the 4x4 repaired. They pulled out the drive shaft in order to order the part that needed to be repaired. Months went by and we called, they had the part. We drop our car off for days it sat, meanwhile we had an appointment. We picked up our car and left. Now we go to get the vehicle fixed and the store closed, and never notified us that they were going under. Now another company has bought Cottman's out and now it's Ammco. THey say they do not have our car part, which was labeled with our name on it. So now we our out a part and have no way getting ahold of anyone. Virgil is the guy we dealt with, but no longer works there. Before this we had a brand new transmisson put in, and never received the paperwork from it.
