They sold bad parts to me and did not honor the refund nor the trade of a new part

Bought parts from them for my Buick Lesabre. They pulled the part once I arrived from an earlier model Lesabre and told me that it would work. I went immediately to get it installed and the window repair tech told me that I was sold a broken part. I called and notified them of this and they said that they would call me when they received another part. Never called in two months, and I called twice a week. I am a college student so I am not home that often. Came home on 10/13 and took the part back to them. They told me that the part was not theirs, that it was broken and that they dont sell broken parts, I must have brought it from another shop and trying to steal money from them. I was insulted and angry by the time I left and you can tell that they are crooks and do this often. I hope that they get shut down for bad business. I will report them until I get some kind of response. Donot buy from them
