Ripoff dishonest selling crap cars to unsuspecting persons

I went to RD to buy a used car and spent many days and hours checking all the cars out. I was looking for a comfortable ride that i fit in! Being large both wide and tall made it hard. I finally said find me a blazer becasue i knew those would work.

They found me one and i had it checked out but didn't get sanktification becasue i felt rushed to give an answer. Had them fix the flaws i found. They did and i went on my merry way.

I was in shock when 2 months later i found out i needed a whole new front end! (idle arm, hubs, tires, ball joints etc.) to a tune of over $2 grand. I was furious becasue i was never offered a warrenty and i didn't think to ask. They never made any effort to fix the problems at a lessor cost and infact wanted to sell me a warrenty 5 months later at a large cost to me.

Being a single mom i can't afford a lot and the payments were enough to handle. I wrote letters and visited the front office twice to no avail. Didn't stop them from trying to win me back by telling me all workers from the time frame of the purchase were fired and that these folks would do me right! But they could not fix what i was complaining about!

I bad mouth russ darrow every chance i get and i had a insurance (life) rep over to discuss my needs and noticed she was driving one of there cars and she agreed she also got the royal shaft from them and would never return to them for another car!

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM RUSS DARROW or Vote for him in office in WI either! Our country is screwed up enough without adding him to the mix!
