Cottman Trans - Ashford And Assoc
Ripoff Vehicle still not runnig and back at the ripp-off shop who did the work even agaisn't my protesting

I took my 1982 chevy 2wheel drive blazer 350 trans to a cottman shop located over 50 miles from my residence to truck was not shifting right and also vibrating This shop kept my truck for a month and half with every excuse possible as to why it was not ready I started getting calls three diffenrt times I was called toled my truck was ready and every time I arrived to find a puddle trans fluid under my truck and not running right on the third time I had to have my truck by now so I took it leaks and all the truck ran about a month Now on the cottman receipt it states in black and white that if live 50 miles plus from the shop that did repairs and you are in need aof warranty work you are allowed to take it to your nearest cottman for the warranty work I was told I could I could do this by the shop that did the and also cust-service so I loacated a cottman shop closer to home and was met with a whole of bull about this and was finally allowed to do this well when it was found out by this shop that the trans pump had gave out the original shop refused to pay for the repair so this cottman shop called and said they could repair the truck unless I paid them too

So I called cust-service and was told that all cottmans are independantly owned and they could call the original shop and talk to the owner but that I would probably have to go back to that ripp-off shop and suffer the same torment I have been going thru allready Now the messeage I got from cust-service is that anyone can open a cottman trans shop and run any way they want with any problems from the little guy who can't afford to push that matter leagaly please help me you can with this delimmea that I am in with cottman transmission thanks.
