I used to be a very loyal GMAC customer and have always loved their products.

Shopping for an SUV I looked at many other cross over brands and this one seemed to fit very nicely for me and seats were very comfortable. The SUV Kia Sportage SX road well. Most often car sales people are known to be scrupulous to say the least because they make money off what you do not know. I was told I got a good deal but I did not. Period. The car listed at invoice 29000 and they gave me around $4000 for my car as a trade in, then the paint protection etc. At dealer's cost, with the extra premium pkg in the car itself that cost another $2000. I paid $27,000 so where is the deal. They made a ton of money on the car all the while telling me they lost money on it. NO way.

When I have sales people I always do public record background checks on them to see if there is any criminal history and with this dealership I found a minimun of 3 who had criminal backgrounds that were available on public records on WI circuit court access.

Do they know how to sell cars well yes, cons know how to sell anything. The dealership in Madison when talking with the GM said yes we do hire ex convicts.

I asked if this was part of a state program to get ex-cons a job and try to move ahead with their life and rehabilitate and he said no, they hire ex - cons all the time according to Chad the GM in Madison, Russ Darrow Kia.

I no longer trust this dealership, know from people who have dealt with them as well as people who know the owner that they are known to hire sometimes scrupulous people because they know how to sell to people.

I know everyone needs a 2nd chance but not at my expense. 3 at one dealership is a bit much for me. I am going back to GM and trade it in...
