Ripoff, Thieving Joe, bait and switch thief, sells NEW, sends JUNK!

Item purchased on Ebay, "Like New" part was total JUNK when it arrived. Requested refund, he agreed, item was returned. No refund, he claims item not received. I saw the item sold a second time by 516joes on ebay, my item!

I have paypal payment receipt, and DHL return receipt. He has the item, and my money. He claims I am scamming him, it's me not him that caused the problem, go figure.

Thieving Joe took myself and five members of my Plymouth club for over a $1000. Local DA is onto him, Internet Crime Division is investigating. Joe gets to go to jail, maybe soon!
