Do not buy from 516 joes...

I bid on a girls' bicycle being auctioned by eBay seller 516joes. His starting bid was $10.00 and he wanted $40.00 for S&H. I bid $10.75. (Cigna Blue Dirt Bike, Excellent Condition, Garage Kept Item number: 7150680291)

I asked if I could pick the bicycle up because I lived nearby. He responded, "yes, of course". Then 1 day before the auction ended on April 26, some one else outbid me with $11.25.

I accepted the fact that I did not win but then I saw 516joes had the same bicycle up for auction again on May 3 (Cigna Blue Dirt Bike, Excellent Condition, Garage Kept Item number: 7154281835) Then it was obvious to me that he had a friend outbid me. He did not want to only get the auction price of $10.00. Apparently he makes his money on the outrageous S&H.
