516joes, joe Sinclair, ripoff, commited mail fraud

Commited mail fraud by stealing my money order that i sent to him. He said that he did not recieve payment even though 1 week before he sent me messages confirming that he recieved the payment and deposited it.

I won a rear seat for a 1949 plymouth sold by joe sinclair on ebay, on feb 22, for $24.95 plus $100.00 for shipping. I then sent him a money for the item, and was told that the item was going to be shipped ASAP as soon as he gets the payment.

Then a week later i sent him a message, asking him what the status was on the shipping, he then told me that he was handicapped since he just had a hip replacement and was having trouble carrying the rear seat, but he also said that he did recieve the money order and also deposited it (i have the message saved). I then told him to ask for help from another person so the seat can be shipped right away.

A week later and i still didnt recieve anything. I send him another message and he said that he is having a hard time finding someone to ask for help, and he says that he will try and get one of the neighborhood kids to help him out. Another week passed and i saw him selling the same item i won, on ebay. I filed a dipute on ebay regarding him not sending me the item i paid for. He claims that i was the one that did not send him the payment, even after getting a message from him confirming that he recieved payment as well as depositing it.

I also recieved some messages from other people that he victimized through the internet, some of them losing up to $400.00 from this criminal. I then realized that i was not the first person he victimized, and most likely not the last. It is now march 19 and i still have not recieved anything. The item number on ebay is 4615243200.
