Auto rip-off to consumers, Selling unsafe cars as good condition safe autos, liars

After puchasing a 1994 Chrysler Concorde for nearly the high blue book price, I took it to a Chrysler dealer for an oil change.
They told me it was unsafe to drive and they could not even change the oil without a new oil pan. It needed $1,700.00 worth of work at that time.
The warranty covered the tie rods and water pump... Which are already bad again.
The brakes only had 10 percent use left in front and about 20 percent on the rear.
The rotors were worn out.
It has cost $4,600.00 in one year and needs $2,000.00 more to make it usable again.
The dealer said they had a mechanic look at the car, which means they should have known the car was unsafe to drive, and nearly worn out.
