Freedom Motors ripoff unsafe car dishonest mechanically unsound 14 week repair and still waiting missing parts

I purcahsed the car on 10/2/03 and in the first week it went into the shop because the torque converter bolts came out and tore the engine plug out.

The mechanic threw out the torque converter inspection cover leaving the torque converter exposed.
To this date the engine oil plug has not been fixed and the car leaks excessive oil.
I still do not have the inspection cover.

The brake rotors were worn down to nothing, the mechanic said that they could not have leagally passed inspection and that they were unsafe.

The mechanic told the owner that he could not put me back in the car without new brakes and rotors.
The owner told him he was not replacing them and then he fired the mechanic.

5/5/04 I called the owner and told him the car had lost power and the brakes were pulsating. The window and door locks had stopped working, the air had stopped and the external fan would not shut off.

I took it in that day and it is still there as of today 7/25/04 and still has not been worked on.
