Sold unsafe car and not as advertised

Was not allowed to text drive car untill deposit and financeing in place. Deposit is none refundabel. Was told it was excellent runner and not another like it. Add said clean CAR FAX

After purchase drove car 110 miles and start having a lot of problems. Engine light came on and car went into limp mode. (You would be driving at normal speed and it would go to about 3 to 4 miles an hour by itself. Talked to dealer and was told computer needed to be reset.

Took car to Jaguar dealer and was was it needed all new hoses (all hoses were bulging), new water pump. Thermastate and a canister. This would cost about $1600. They could not figure out why it would down shift into safe mode.

Went back to dealer and talked and brought up clean CAR FAX and was told it only shows accident. When brought up it show problems with car (which we printed after we started having problems because we trusted what he said in add) he got mad and told husband to get out or he would call police.

I have spend about $1100 so far in trying to make it a safe car to drive but now was told it would cost another $1000 (throttle body needs replacememt)

This is one unsafe car to drive and it was not as advertized
