My friend and i responded to an ad from this company

My friend and i who are senior citizens responded to an ad stating $88.00 down $188.00 mo. We finance everyone -well we did not have good credit but we thought a small used inexpensive car would be adequate for our needs - they took our info we said credit not good they said no problem we will get you financed they combined our resources pushed her into a 05 and myself into an o4 told us drive it home -i was uncomfortable with this i didnt want an 04 i wanted a used vehicle of about mid 90's. I feel we were presured and told no problem every time we asked a question you WILL get financing dont worry the vehicle was due to be registered at DMV 1-26-06-on 1/19/06 (we had the vehicles for approx 2 weeks)

On 1/19/06 they informed us to return the veh to the dealership because they could not get us financed without a co-signer my hubsand has already co signed before for a relative so he refused they sggested our respective homes for colateral till they realised they were on rented land I had an 87 Dodge Aries they gave me an allowance of $2300. The $300 paid of what i owed on it-now we have no veh and are out by $300.00 for my friend and $200. For myself -why are dealerships permitted to push you into a veh without FIRST getting approval for financing now i have to try tpo find the money to fix the electrical system on the Dodge cos it is shorting out i am 70 yrs old somebody help me i do volunteer work and am a member of Senior Companios who help elderly folks that cant drive anymore to go to the Drs and shopping etc this had really hurt us
