Mazda sold vehicles with defective parts and the consumer has to pay for it

Cars & Transport

Have a 2007 Mazda 5, with 34,000 miles purchased new. The purge solenoid valve failed and Mazda refused to cover the part under warranty even though Mazda Service Bulletin #01-003/09 states, " The purge solenoid valve manufacturing process has been changed to eliminate this concern." Ergo, Mazda sold a vehicle with a defective part and the consumer has to pay for their mistake.in my case, the Mazda "mistake" cost me $280.43.
