It took them 2 days to repair an alternator, ripoff

I called Stupidmart to repair my alternator, they said, no problem we'll have you on the road in 2 hours. It's now been 2 days. First I was told they didn't have the parts and that they would arrive early the next morning. Then I was told the parts were delivered to another store and that they should be in the next day. I should have known.

I first called the Seattle / Tukwila store and asked them what they charge. I was quoted $119.00 to rebuild the alternator and $120 for labor. I thought that seemed a little high so I called the Lynnwood store and was quoted $119.00 for the rebuild and between $20.00 to $60.00 in labor. Doing the math I went to Lynnwood. Boy was my math off.

I'm going to write a letter to the Better Business Bureau as well as the State Attorney general and ask them to look into these guys. It is obvious this isn't a ligitimate business or one that should even be in business.
