Worst customer service experience of all times ripoff

Oh my goodness i have never known some of the rudest people in my life. Ok you change my due date with any notification and now you want to * and complain that you haven't received my payment.

Make it even worse, you have this lady contact me at 0830 in the morning on a sunday giving me options to pawn, paydate loan, or borrow money from someone in order to get my payment in.

Let me tell you cowards something you are not able to bleed blood from a turnip you will get it when i receive it. I don't appreciate your csr calling me giving me options. I know what option i will take is to spread your name in a bad way. Your csr needs some add'l training because they do not know how to speak to people.
