I had a surgery last month, and i signed up for care credit/GE money. I made my first payment 8 days prior to due date. And i received a mail from Care Credit on due date saying that my payment was refused by my bank. I contacted my bank and was shocked to know that a request from Care Credit was never been sent to my bank which means Care credit is lying. Since they mailed me on my due date so i called them and asked about it. First of all the customer care associate was pretty rude and illiterate, he was unable to help me. He gave me 2 options. Option 1 is to make payment online which will be posted to my account after my due date so its going to make my credit history worse and will cost me 25$. Option 2 is to make payment on phone which will cost me 15$. This is really bullshit. I am not at all satisfied with this service and will definitely not recommend anybody.
