Ripoff, claim to receive payment late to increase interest charges and late fees Centennial

I open an account with Centrix Financial in the mist of everything going wrong. I took a loan for a truck in the amount of $19,000.00. Of course the interest rate was 19%, but I had a plan to pay the loan off in three years instead of five, therefore cutting the interest down and not getting royally screwed.

I have over paid my auto loan for 10 of the first 12 months and then it happen. I received a letter stating that my payment was one day late past the 10 day grace period.in which increase my interest for the one month, included a $25.00 late fee, and reported late to the credit agencies.

The next two months past and now I receive another letter that they didn't receive payment for one month in which they have the check I know. I have wrote to the BBB, sent a letter to the CEO, VP, marketing president, media relations specialist and local attorney general. Nothing has resolve out the sources listed so far! After filing the reports, this is the month the payment didn't post.

Centix Financial is by far has the worst customer service, corporate scandal operation, and is soon to fall. I will say that there customer service department defends the company as if it was GOD.
