Wants me to pay for their screw up Ripoff

Back on May 13 my car got totalled which Chase Auto Finance was the loan holder. Now the car insurance company, and the extended warranty company paid them over 12,000.00. Now I called them on June 6 and asked for a letter of the payoff balance as of the date of loss for my gap insurance claim (so they could payoff Chase). They told me that I would have it within 10 business days. Well it never came. I called them over, and over and over. This went on until July 11 when one of their agents told me that they could not send a letter like I was requesting, all they could send me was a payoff letter and an updated payment history. So I said okay, send it by fax. It never came on the 11th, but it did on the 12th.

So on the sameday I called that company around 10 times trying to get them to fax me the documents, all I got was rude agents that just wanted me to pay them a payment, and started harrassing me stating that my credit should be important to me. I have to keep reminding them that my credit is very important to me so they better take the late charges off my credit report. Also I have been dealing with Chase calling me with collection calls and with demanding letters since June. I truely believe that if they would have sent the correct documents in the first place when I asked for them back on 6-6-05 the retarded company would be paid off, and not harassing me anymore. All I have to say is that they better take the information off my credit report I will get my attorney to take action under the FCRA for knowling report inaccurate information.
