Ripoff, rude, did not do service as advertised for price, discourteous

Upon entering I was asked what type of service I wanted, stanard or premium, when I asked what the difference was they did not want to explain it and I had to ask twice.

Then the woman in charge (husband claims to be owner) told me to back off out of the area when the so called technician could not put my air cleaner back together correctly. Then when I asked if the tire pressurs were OK, which were supposed to be checked as part of the premium service, I was again told to "get of out the garage area" but had I not, the low are (12 pound) would not have been checked and found to be low.

Also, I have no idea if they actually lubricated the chassis points because they were explaining new kids were in training. As I whatched them top off my fluids, they went to put plain water in my windows washer fluid bottle instead of washer fluid as the top of medium... I complained and said if your not going to put washer fluid in there don't put anything in and they said it made no difference... Crap... Winshield washer fluid has chemicals to remove bug residue from all the flying insects that splatter accross the windshield down here in the sunshine state. I was then told by the husband who claimed to be the owner when I asked who was the franchisee, that I should not talk to his wife that way and he verbally threatened me and told me not to come back, of course I would not after that experience. Had I not asked about the tire pressure I would have driven out with a tire so low in presure it was actually dangerous and could have had a blow-out or other catostrophic failure. They could not put my air cleaner back together so I had to do it for them, I have no report of what they did check and what they didn't check for. Then they charged me an oil disposal fee on top of the "special deal" ending up with almost $5 more than the advertised special service that I never got. They were supposed to vacuum and clean the windshield, did not happen, they were supposed to check the power steering fluid and did not, it was low and I had to go to a local auto discount store and purchase some to put in it. They marked on my slip tire pressures set at 35 when i told them 32 but they wrote up the charge slip indicating 35 PSI even before I noticed they had not even checked them so I demanded they do so and now the lady started screaming at me to get off her property.

They were the most rude and arrogant people I have ever had to deal with and hopefullly will never have to again. When I asked who was the franchise owner they refused to tell me and said they owned it so i could complain to them if I wanted... Like that did any good, I was told to leave, so I did and came to this web site. Had I not checked on the things they said they would do like the tire pressures I could have had a terrible accident for their lack of fulfilling their contractual duties as advertised right on their own wall.
