Sherman Way Car Wash
Ripoff, terrible customer service

I simply bought an item for my vehicle in the Sherman Way Carwash (in the part of Fulton and Sherman Way, in North Hollywood, CA). It did not function; therefore after operating withit in my own vehicle for some blocks, I switched around to come back it to get a return.

After I got my money-back, the cashier set the faulty item back in to the carrier it arrived in and was repackaging it. Therefore, I questioned her if she would sell this faulty item to another person. She responded, "is the fact that your company?" I subsequently questioned her who the supervisor was. She stated that she was alone there after which rudely questioned me, "What would you like?". I stated "nothing" and went away.

I had been mad due to her perspective and since various other client is most likely likely to purchase that "employed" and faulty item. I actually donot understand this without a doubt, but when an item is faulty, I'd genuinely believe that it ought to be delivered back to wherever they first got it and never resold to another person.

along with that, I'd requested the clerk to ensure my garbage was emptied, since it was not the final moment I went there. Well, you know what? It had been just like complete after I quit there as after I got there.

obviously - they simply dropped a reasonably regular client! It is sad, since the area is extremely handy for me personally plus they perform a great work washing my vehicle. Oh well!
