The product I purchased from AbsolutelyPets (through Amazon.com) turned out to be defective. I asked them to accept a return and refund my money, but they refused because the product was opened. You can't find out that something is defective without opening or using it. Their returns policy is unreasonable. They should accept the return and refund my money.instead, they just stopped replying to my emails.
